Dinç ailesi tarafından 1986 yılında kurulan Dinç Elektronik, ticari faaliyetlerine İstanbul-Eminönü’nde telefon satışı ve ithalatı yaparak başlar. Kısa sürede satışını yaptığı markaları büyütmesi ve nitelikli müşteri hizmetleri ile ön plana çıkar. 2002 yılında tamamen yerli bir marka ortaya çıkarmak amacıyla CVS kurulur. İlk yılllar da ithalat ve montaj ürünleriyle, bilgisayar bileşenleri sektöründe hizmet veren CVS, kaliteli ürün politikası, tüketiciye verdiği önem ve hizmet anlayışı ile kısa sürede sektöründe ön plana çıkmaya başladı ve ürün çeşitlerini arttırdı. İSTOÇ’ta bulunan genel merkez ve teşhir alanının yanı sıra Halkalı’daki 7500 metrekarelik üretim, depolama ve lojistik merkezinin ve Başakşehir’deki 10.000 metrekare depolama alanının faaliyete geçmesi ile Küçük Ev Aletleri, Kişisel Bakım Ürünleri ve Ev Elektroniği üzerine de her ihtiyaca cevap verebilecek ürünler sunmaya başladı.

Bugün, tost makinasından saç şekillendiricilere, Uydu Cihazlarından, İklimlendirme ürünlerine kadar 400’den fazla ürün çeşidi ile büyük bir aile ve marka olan CVS, 2000’nin üzerinde deneyimli ve güler yüzlü satış noktasıyla, Türkiye’nin her köşesine yayılmış 362 yetkili servisiyle, 16 ülkeye ihracatıyla, yıllık 5 milyon adetlik bir satış rakamıyla sektöründe önemli bir yere geldi. 2012 yılında Home Collection serisi ile porselen ve çelik mutfak ürünleri gamında da estetik ve nitelikli çeşitlerle tüketiciye ulaşan CVS, Gebze’de yeni inşa edilen tesislerinde ürün ve hizmet kalitesini her geçen gün arttırarak ülkemizin üretimine ve istihdamına katkıda bulunmayı hedefliyor.
